For this year's Special Night which was held on the second day, we had steamboat. The highlight of the camp was the mini concert for parents, that was held on the third day. Members and colour guards have practiced hard for this day, and how they shone! Well done, everyone! And a special thank you to Sir Eric, as we would not have achieved anything without him! Thank you, Sir!
On the last day, team-building activities which consisted of games were held, and the members managed to work together in their respective groups. Finally, was the motivational talk.
It has been an interesting camp indeed, and lastly we would like to express our gratitude to Sir Eric, the tutors, ex-members and teachers who have spent their valuable time with us and for us. Thank you!

By 8.15 a.m., we made our way to the ESSO station along with our instruments, files and stands and found the bus driver already waiting.
After the 40 minutes of journey, we finally arrived our destination. The staff in charge of registration brought us to a place where we could leave our instruments and other belongings. They then brought us into the auditorium to wait for the other school bands to arrive.

Each instrumental sections were then assigned to our respective rooms to have sectionals and time of interaction with others. During the sectionals, we were also given a piece to practice, titled A Sorry and Disturbing Romance (after Super Junior, Rihanna and Lady Gaga), arranged by Mohd. Rasull.

Performance at KLCC Convention Centre
On the 22nd of January 2011, our percussion section piled into vans with their marching instruments and headed to the KLCC convention centre. An USANA held event awaited them, as they were to hold a short marching performance leading in a Very Important Person.
During 4 p.m., our percussionists, Encik Zamin, Miss Stephanie and the reserves gathered at the bandroom and prepared to depart. It may have not been a short journey from school to KLCC, but they managed to reach their destination at 4.30p.m. After a short rehearsal, the members were allowed to take a break for some time.
After having a delicious dinner, the members headed for the convention centre yet once again. Finally, at about 10 p.m., the members were given the cue to prepare. As the percussionist marched in playing the drum solo, the guests of the event looked with excitement! Following behind the percussionist was the VIP in a very pretty red dinner gown.
After marching out, the percussionist prepared to return to Catholic High School. And during 11.30p.m., the tired members and teachers went home to take a good rest.

Farewell Until We Meet Again!
13th November was the day when we were to say "Ci Vediamo!" to out beloved form 5 ex-members. Ci Vediamo is a Venetian word which means "farewell until we meet again", thus it was used as a theme.
In the start, the form 5s were welcomed by royal guards and a pathway made up of bowing members to the platform. After our teacher advisor, Puan Hardeep, gave her speech, it was time for the cake-cutting ceremony, followed by the dramas. Each of the dramas planted smiles on the ex-members' and members' faces and gave each of us the best medicine-- laughter. :D
After watching the dramas, the form 5s were to pick out the best drama. And guess who won? [drumroll] 'ka-ching!' the form 4s! The the form 4s received a hamper from the OCs as the prize for best drama.
After that, a slideshow of the form 5s were shown which was followed by the talk. The form 5s gave us many advises and shared their memories with us. And after that, the 'surprise' for the form 5s were carried out--singing "Conquer The Best". With the OCs leading, all of the members sang out with their hearts and souls.
This farewell was ended by the photo session to capture these memorable with the form 5s.
Photos will be uploaded soon.
